Welcome to Marple Methodist Church online
The Methodist church in Marple has a small friendly congregation (average morning congregation of 20 - 30 with around 80 - 90 members) and meets in quite a large church building.
The congregation are in talks with both Marple URC and Marple Bridge URC about the possibility of joining together. Because of this we are currently sometimes worshipping at our own church and sometimes at one of the other two churches. The pattern we are using is:
- First Sunday in the month - Joint worship at Marple URC
- Second Sunday in the month - Joint worship at Marple Methodist Church
- Third Sunday in the month - Joint worship at Marple Bridge URC
- Fourth and Fifth Sunday in the month - Worship at Marple Methodist Church

As well as Sunday Worship, the church has a cafe which is open on Thursdays and Fridays serving hot food and drinks and a number of rooms which are available to hire.
