Room 4

Room 4 is a medium sized room of approx 27 sq m (300 sq feet) towards the rear of the property on the ground floor. On entering via the side door it can be found by turning left in front of the stairs and it is the third door on your left (first is toy store, second is small kitchen area), opposite the office.

The room is carpeted with carpet tiles and contains a mix of steel framed chairs and a small table. It is suitable for medium sized meetings of around 20 people.

There is a servery hatch through to the small kitchen area at one end of the room and a set of cupboards covering the entire wall at the other.
